Its been 11 years since The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill was released, since then Lauryn has left many of her fans, including me, waiting. Most female artist these days have no comparison to Lauryn, she is unique. Not only because of that album but being in the hip-hop group The Fugees. Even though her personal life has caused her to stop making music, she has been spotted performing at local music festivals and recently dropped a track called "Repercussions".





Personally, I miss Lauryn Hill. She is extremely talented and she broke gender lines in the music industry. It worries me to think, what if she does comeback with a new album? Would people even listen? Will she still have the same sound? I don’t know how long will I have to wait to get these answers. I just want her to know that her music has helped me through trails and tribulations in my life. Although a new album may never drop, her music will still remain timeless to me.
